On April 21st, 2014, I did a photo shoot with the best photographer, Harrison Ha. Harrison is a reporter/photographer for Sing Tao Daily Newspaper, and we knew each other through my interview with the newspaper, as he took some of the pictures of me for the article (see blog post about this).
The shoot took place at Garry Point Park in Steveston – Richmond BC. We were going for a natural look and we wanted to make sure that I looked as much like myself as possible. It was quite cold, but the good part about this was that no wind-generating-machine was necessary to make my hair all flowy.
You can probably tell that it was cold from my elfish-ears.
For me, my biggest obstacle for posing in pictures is to have normal-looking facial expressions. But it was all good after I warmed up. Or should I say cooled down. 😉
Nevertheless, I absolutely LOVED the pictures and they turned out great! I definitely suggest Harrison if you want to get a photo shoot and he does other kinds of shoots as well (high-fashion, portraits, family, weddings, events, etc.). Check out his website and Facebook page!
Here is a sneak peak:
A big thank you to Harrison,
